Kiddush, Kindess, Kiss Ass, Kick Ass

Celebrating and praying over wine is Kiddush and very necessary for the sanity of business entrepreneurs. When business is going well we celebrate the good times, when business slumps we celebrate our survival. Kindness to business partners, investors, potential stakeholders, and customers will pay off. Kindness is defined as the ability to treat others with concern and respect. Kindness is not to be mistaken for weakness and many times you will have to be firm in your business dealings. You can say anything you need to people as long as it is said with kindness. Discontinuing a business relationship because of lack of growth can be done with kindness often making the result more effective. Customer satisfaction is attained by kissing ass as well as your product or service that kicks ass. Customers want to know that you are concerned with their feelings and needs as well as your product or service's ability to help them with a particular need.
